Nature
An Isolated Resort Standing at an Altitude of 1400 Meters
This is a four-story hotel surrounded by birch and larch trees. Within a radius of 1400 meters from the hotel, there are no residential homes or tourist facilities, making it known as a solitary onsen resort. Surrounded by mountains, guests can enjoy hiking and mountaineering in the summer and autumn, and winter sports in the winter. At night, you can gaze at the starry sky, experiencing the wonders of nature up close.

This historic onsen is known for a legend where injured deer soaked in the water to heal their wounds. There are indoor and outdoor baths, each with its own tub. From the baths, you can enjoy seasonal views such as fresh greenery, autumn foliage, and snowy landscapes.

In Tsumagoi Village, where KYUKAMURA TSUMAGOI-KAZAWA is located, we are proud to be Japan's top cabbage-producing region for 53 consecutive years during the summer and autumn seasons. We offer a premium buffet featuring our renowned "Tsumagoi Kogen Cabbage" and a variety of dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. At our open kitchen, you can enjoy meticulously prepared dishes such as domestic wagyu roast beef and freshly fried tempura.
We also offer a buffet-style breakfast. We use plenty of body-friendly ingredients such as locally sourced vegetables, eggs, and konjac. Enjoy our homemade roast beef and the head chef's original spicy Tsumagoi cabbage curry—a hearty 'Highland breakfast' that will recharge your energy. Try popular egg dishes with "Aoyama Eggs," customize your salad soba with your favorite vegetables, and don't miss out on recommended dishes like steamed Highland vegetable dumplings.
