Meal
Experience Akita's Local Cuisine to the Fullest
As one of the joys of travel, dining is an experience we aim to enrich. Our chefs have prepared a dinner buffet featuring abundant seasonal ingredients from Akita, selected to deepen your enjoyment of local cuisine. We offer a variety of dishes blending Japanese and Western styles, showcasing Akita's culture through food. Each item, crafted with attention to taste and presentation, adds color to your memorable moments.
Rice is an essential part of Japanese breakfast, and we proudly offer Akita's renowned brand rice, "Akita Komachi". Enhancing the freshly cooked rice is another Akita specialty, the "Hinai-jidori" raw egg, one of Japan's top three local chickens. This simple yet quintessential Japanese breakfast dish pairs hot rice with raw egg. Additionally, our breakfast buffet includes around 20 dishes such as the famous "Inaniwa udon".
We also offer a menu designed for children at the buffet.
