We offer dinner buffet style. Featuring specialty Jingisukan（grilled lamb) and live kitchen preparing seasonal delicacies right before your eyes. Additionally, enjoy local dishes highlighting regional ingredients. Take away options for desserts are available for terrace or in-room enjoyment amidst the pastoral scenery of Hiruzen Kogen.
We also offer breakfast buffet style. One of our unique dishes, "Homemade Custard Kogen French Toast," crafted with carefully selected ingredients, is exceptionally delicious. You can also take away Hiruzen's specialty Jersey yogurt and desserts. Start your bright and cheerful morning with a wide variety of dishes.
