Chef's Hospitality Experience at the Live Kitchen
We serve sushi and sashimi made with fresh catches directly from Numazu Port, along with local vegetables. At the open kitchen, our chef prepares sushi and roast beef, offering seasonal menus for your enjoyment. Our popular parfait features rich milk soft serve ice cream.
A specialty is the Suruga Bowl, featuring with boiled young sardines and rare cherry shrimp from Suruga Bay. Our breakfast buffet highlights local ingredients such as lightly fried horse mackerel directly from Numazu Port, special morning curry, dairy products including milk and yogurt from the dairy kingdom of Fujinomiya, and local fruits.
Our buffet also features a delightful dessert corner that has been well received by many guests. Enjoy your meal at your leisure while taking in the view of Mt. Fuji until the end.
