How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We accept online reservations from midnight on the day following six months prior to the date of stay. If there is no corresponding date, we will start accepting reservations from the 2nd of the following month. Please note that even on the reservation start date, if all rooms are booked via phone reservations, online room sales will be closed.

Is there an airport shuttle bus available?

There is no shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel. Please use public transportation.

Is presentation of a passport required?

The Government of Japan, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, requires foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan to give the information of their nationalities and passport numbers in addition to their names, addresses and contact information, etc. in the register of lodgers when staying at a lodging. The presentation and photocopying of passports is also required by the Government of Japan.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We can keep your luggage. Please ask the front desk.
※We can not keep your valuable items, raw foods, something require temperature control, and fragile items at the front desk.We cannot accept responsibility for any damages found.

I'd like to send my luggage to the hotel, is that OK?

After making a reservation, please send your luggage to the hotel prepaid along with the following three pieces of information.
- Check-in date
- Your name (If the guest and the person making the reservation are different, please provide both names.)
- Your phone number
※We can not keep your valuable items, raw foods, something require temperature control, and fragile items at the front desk.We cannot accept responsibility for any damages found.
※We do not accept cash on delivery.

Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

You can send your luggage to destinations within Japan either prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).
※The shipment and delivery of luggages are subject to the policies of each shipping carrier.

Yukata(Indoor wear), face towel, bath towel, slippers are prepared in the rooms. Toothbrush, hairbrush and razors are at the front desk. When you use the public baths, please bring your towels from your rooms.

Can you tell me about the housekeeping during my stay?

For environmental reasons, housekeeping is generally provided once every three days during your stay.
Ex) If you check in on July 1, the schedule will be:

Staff will not enter your room or cleaning. Welcome sweets, face towels, bath towels will be placed outside your door. Yukata exchange and trash collection are available upon request.

The cottage housekeeping operation varies depending on Kyukamura hotel. Please inquiry to each Kyukamura hotel for details. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our Eco-Friendly Stay initiative.

Can you accommodate for allergies?

Please inform our staff of any food allergies when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs by removing allergens from the food we serve. However, we can not guarantee the complete removal of all allergens. The food we offer are prepared using shared kitchen facilities and common cooking utensils, just like other menu items. While we ensure thorough cleaning, there is a possibility of trace allergens being present due to the cooking process. We kindly request you to use our restaurants and services at your own decision.

Can I use the public baths or pools even if I have tattoos?

You can use the public baths and pools if you cover your tattoos with tattoo cover seals.
