Seasonal Local Ingredients Seafood Buffet
Dinner buffet features approximately 60 dishes with a focus on fresh seasonal fish from the waters near Awaji Island, combining both Japanese and Western cuisine. At the open kitchen, freshly fried tempura is served hot off the stove. Enjoy a buffet that emphasizes locally sourced ingredients to your heart's content.
Breakfast is the start of your day. At our breakfast buffet, you can enjoy dishes made with ingredients from Awaji Island. Our staff recommends "Tai Meshi," cooked together with Awaji Island rice and sea bream, as a highlight.
