Meal
Savoring the Seasonal Delicacies of Azumino, Shinshu
At Azumino Dining, we offer visually and tastefully delightful meals that blend seasonal ingredients with local culinary traditions. For dinner, we prepare a kaiseki cuisine that allows you to experience the four seasons of Azumino through food. Enjoy local dishes such as river-grown wasabi, Shinshu salmon, rice nurtured by underground springs, Azumino vegetables, and Shinshu fruits.
Breakfast is served as a plate set meal, giving the impression of being "a town that makes you love mornings." The city is a treasure trove of ingredients, including wasabi, a typical ingredient that grows in clear streams, rainbow trout, char, Shinshu salmon, rice grown using groundwater at the foot of the Northern Alps, Shinano Kuro (black beans), onions, Shinshu apples, and more. Enjoy an exquisite breakfast of freshly picked, freshly prepared, and freshly cooked ingredients in Azumino.
We offer children's meals with kaiseki cuisine tailored to their age for both dinner and breakfast.
